This is basically Kremlin propaganda.

We already know Trump's so called peace plan. Vance leaked it.

Total surrender of Ukraine to Russia.

Everything for Russia.

Nothing for Ukraine.

In such a temporary solution that Ukraine would never agree to anyway, the current lines would be frozen, allowing Russia to regroup for their next assault.

It would reward them for their villainy. No friggin way!

The nuke threats from Putin are BLUFFS.

No, it's Kamala propaganda.

She said it in the debate, remember? Unqualified, unlimited, total support for Ukraine to fight Russia. So she wants to pour gasoline on the fire.

Net result, if Russia is forced to use a nuclear device at some point, the US and NATO response will determine if we all live or die. I can guarantee you now if the US or NATO make it a hot war Russia would use nuclear bombs if her survival is threatened.

So clearly, Trump's option to end the UKraine war is an option that is safer for all of us. Including, above all Ukrainians. As President Pavel reminded Zelensky, if you kill half the population of Ukraine it will never be a victory, no matter what happens. Zelensky does not seem to get it.

Reward Russia for "villainy"? Declaring war is the right of every state, it is no way "villainous". The lies and deception NATO served Russia for decades was villainous.

Whether Russia's threats of nuclear bombs is a bluff or not is not something you want to find out, Jinghthing. Trust me.

Let's end the war instead. It's safer.

Elon Musk, the finest Tigger impression ever seen on the political stage!   Oh his policies you ask? Whatever Donald says as long as he gets his tax cuts!

  • Why shouldn't we have an opinion? Americans have forced their opinions world wide, so why wouldn't we have a go at the American system since it do have an impact on us.

His peace plan is NOT ending it!

Do you seriously not get that?

His plan is a freeze, giving Russia everything, meaning there is nothing to stop them after being rewarded like that, to continue their barbaric attempt at genocide of Ukraine at a later date.

Russia does not want a genocide of is Slav brethren in Ukraine. Russia merely wants a neighbour that is not pro American, pro Western and is not a member of NATO. It's a national security issue, not an ideology or racial issue.

They have not indicated they want the rest of Ukraine.  Whatever happens Russia will keep Donbass and Crimea. The only question is how many Ukrainian soldiers and civilians have to die. The sooner the Ukraine negotiates the better it will be for the Ukrainians.

Oh I don't know, I recall many Americans comment on the Brexit debate in the UK!

Equally, it is important to consider that with the incredible economic, military and political "clout" which the US holds, greater than any other nation, which they are not exactly backwards in displaying and at times using, and the role of "leaders of the free world" which again they are assiduous in ensuring is acknowledged, and have done since 1945: well then inevitably many worldwide will have opinions and wish to comment and/or contribute to the debate.

You can't really have it both ways: be the greatest power and influence on the world yet exist in isolation!

I don't recall ever posting my comment on Brexit debate. If I had I'd simply be going by what I've read or heard on the news. No real life experience.

The same goes for non US citizens posting about things like illegal aliens and life in general in the USA. They post graphs and links to the liberal news sources which downplays the problem. Now, if I was to post real life experiences related to some of these topics, well that's trolling and conspiracy.

Now you also have the professionals who IMO don't really believe their stance but they pick the liberal one because there is way more liberal news than conservative ones.

I don't understand the British in particular living 24/7 in these topics about the US. I've made a few, very few comments, usually allowing for my ignorance of firsthand knowledge about UK subjects. One of the reasons of course is that the UK in actuality is a rather small irrelevant country on the fringe of Europe. Not much of what happens there effects any place other than there. The US on the other hand influences even the smallest of international actors and actions. So I can see why non-Americans shove their nose in here. Still, it doesn't excuse their woeful ignorance about subjects such as illegal immigration, which some of us have experienced firsthand for almost our entire lives. Personal experience always trumps self-serving graphs and charts put out by organizations and political parties who derive their income from serving illegal immigrants.

I think it can be seen that the majority of people who responded to the poll, actually have a problem with Trump rather than being pro-Harris. Although it is only a small number, I think that pretty much sums up the Dems - they are just anti-Trump.  That they did not select to vote for Harris' because of her policies, speaks volumes. The MSM have built up Trump in the minds of woke progressive liberals as 'the enemy', so much that they are delusional against Trump. He was POTUS for 4 years - and what did he actually do wrong - SFA.

Perhaps some WPLs are listening and thinking, rather than being emotional and reacting, so I ask you to think about this - if Robert F Kennedy Jnr became the GOP Candidate for POTUS, would you vote for him? If the GOP had a candidate that was in your opinion a great person, would you vote for them? If your decision is based solely upon what you think of Trump, then what of the GOP gave you a candidate you liked more than Harris - would you vote for them?  Or would you vote for whatever candidate the Dems put forward (elected by Members or not) and you have therefore been brainwashed to hate Trump.

If you are a Dems supporter and that made you think, then think again about this. In 2016 the DNC selected Hillary Clinton, against the wishes of the majority of Dem members who wanted Sanders. And in 2024 the DNC 'selected' Harris, and the Members were not asked to vote when Biden withdrew.  Meanwhile, over at the GOP, Trump appears out of nowhere in 2016 and wins the GOP nomination - despite the fact that most of the GOP Leaders did not want him as their candidate.  So think about that - what sort of Party are you supporting - are they genuinely about WPL policies and doing as their Members want - or are they about gaining power and wealth. IMO it is clearly the latter and the DNC don't care what their Members want, because they have them 'under control'.

Well it looks that Kamala will get up.

Not because she is any good, but because 60% of voters can not stand Trump.

That is a sad situation.

The stupid republicans should have realized that Trump was a dud when he lost in a landslide to Joe Biden after only one term.

He lost to Joe Biden for a start.
A rare one term President.

A loser.

He shut done a lot of the economy over the Covid cold which cost trillions.

Told people to take dodgy Covid vaccines.

Lost the trade war with china.

Only built 2% of the wall and the Mexicans didn’t pay.

Botched a hush money payment to a plus sized porn star who didn’t stay hushed.

Added 8 trillion to USAs debt

Did a lot a money printing during his lockdown for the Covid cold which increased inflation.

Didn’t drain the swamp as his many court cases indicate.

Complete failure really. He really stuffed everything up.

I don’t think Kamala will be much good, but she couldn’t be any worse could she?

Jill Stein.

The outcome for us all spins on a sixpence.

Heads Harris: oh dear, we're f*****.

Tails Trump: oh dear, we're f*****.

Stein? Silly as it may sound....and I know it sounds silly & naive right now.....but a Stein administration would pivot the world away from the hopelessness of the current  system we've sleepily accepted via a mad mainstream media & corporate cascade of baffling BS.

That appears to be the case.

Asking that question in a poll where 95% of members are leftist liberals.

Doesn’t take a rocket scientist or award winning journalist in which we have several on the forum to figure out who they would vote for.

As will electing spreadthrift boomer retard Trump.

True words spoken.

Upon the fall of the Berlin wall, ex chancellor Helmut Kohl assuered Putin that there would be no "eastward expansion" of NATO.  But that's exactly what happened. Looking at the map, as a Russian, I would also feel "encirceld". The eastward expansion of NATO was absolutely uncalled for and entirely unnecessary.

Always keeping in mind, that NATO is  not a bunch of Hula Hoop dancers but a military organisation.

AND THAT IS THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM.

And, making it more "spicy": In the eastern Ukraine people speak and think Russian. Something like a "homecoming".
