Just to add, any half decent computer system would validate the input to make sure that all required information was input.

They put red stars next to some input field, I'm guessing to indicate they are mandatory.  However, forename is not flagged as such, even though it is required.  There are other fields, too, I believe.

I just wonder who actually developed this system.

You must remember TIT the middle name has no asterisk because the majority of Thais do not have a middle name.

I have Thai friends that entered on foreign passports they must provide TM47's too.

Admittedly, this was about 15 years ago, and at a provincial office, so maybe they've improved things since then

They certainly have.

You mention CW in OP.

In the return envelop they will also include the photocopies that you posted with the TM47

With online report...assume you used magnifying glass auto fill after entry of name and pp # field

My last mail from CW arrived Oct 10 2024 only received receipt approved 9 Sept and a new TM47 form. Had plenty of stamps on large return envelope.

Someone informed me today from immigration at Hua Hin that the online 90 day report has been suspended or taken down. I am trying to find out if it is true

Yes that'll be it, software and web page issues are due to foreigner incompetence.

I understand, maybe Thailand is not for you to.

Software/Web pages are much better where you come from. 😂

Well, apart from the time when I submitted by mail and never received confirmation.  I had to go to the office and search through a vast manual ledger looking for where they'd received my mail in report.  Total waste of my time.  (Admittedly, this was about 15 years ago, and at a provincial office, so maybe they've improved things since then.)

Don't go anywhere, just keep your proof of postage and proof it was signed for.

For almost 10 years with a non O-A visa I always file notification by mail with EMS tracking and enclosed post stamp return envelope. Only once did I never receive the return notification. For about seven years Tracking was acknowledged by an agent mark. Then no acknowledged mark but still received new 90 day notice in the mail.

Now I have a LTR visa requiring notification annually, simply go to OSS ,Chamchuri Square Building, Bangkok (next to an MRT station) that has a window for LTR only. Submit LTR notification, receive next date placed in passport - 10 minutes.

You'll find 99% of issues are due to foreigners Incompetence, not understanding the procedures here in Thailand.

It's quite easy to post negative threads on AN, you'll get lots of likes but it won't make your life easier.

I find dealing with government departments in Thailand quite easy and straight forward once you understand how their systems work.

Maybe Thailand is not for you.

absolutely .. these people need to do paperwork right  ... its up to them ..

I have rarely encountered an operation which is so utterly unprofessional and generally incompetent.

"Paying voluntary National Insurance contributions - ridiculous processing time"

Seems you have a problem with your home countries computers too
