But what would you know? He can't possibly have signed the judgment.

On that point, you are correct.

The final steps in the Sate of New York criminal trials are:

1) verdict - exonerated or convicted

2) sentencing - by the judge

3) judgement - final entry of trial's outcome by the judge

4) appeals if any

Trump is currently waiting on #2, and stands convicted.  As such he cannot yet launch an appeal, but he can vote in New York or Florida.

Yes he was convicted for the shenanigans surrounding the Stormy Daniels payoff.  He will probably never be sentenced for numerous reasons.  He isn't a saint but can understand his thought process why he thought it was the best option. Why BigStar or for that matter or YOU care about am inconsequential event is entertaining.

A shining example of the reasoning of the MAGAn's with their web of lies to protect their deity.  Sadly they consider it entertainment.  A sham of a political organization that feels no shame.  One by one their towering pillars (Giuliani, Jones,Ellis, Chesebro,Clark,Eastman) of lies come crashing down.

IMHO chances many a current Trump voter/believer will be in a position to answer your question probably well within the next 4 years.

The ludicrous social media proclamations about "already " enacted  policy is depressing  enough without acknowledging the fact that global reactivity to the singular  horrific fact Trump is yet again going to inflict his or the extremist ideals of sycophantic coat tail graspers is creating serious potential for backlash on a scale no Leader would rationally invite on self or Nation.

The USA that Trump expects to "control" as of 2025 will suffer isolationism in every measure that he will perceive as a success rather than the ruin of a society that allowed itself to shoot itself in the foot!

Trade partners of any significance have or already are relegating US significance.

US agriculture is undergoing a massive hit equivalent to that it inflicted on the USSR back  when.

Drill drill drill for low grade shale oil that needs transportation to insufficient refineries capable of processing is just  one illusory promise.

While it may be correct that such as  Biden and the Democrat political approach as been to blindly prop up the assumed continuance of the contrived superiority of US hegemony the GOP induction of Trump as an alternative  is simply suicidal.

So are you saying you now "eschew" using big words randomly?

Big change from a few days ago when you said "Nice brainwashed eschew".

You were using "eschew" randomly and incorrectly, must have turned up in the word of the day calendar.

Eschew is a big word? You must be a prole'

What he's usually telling us.

That's he's insane and trying to sane wash his chaotic nonsense is absurd.

But this is what America chose.

It's not 2016.

This time we knew exactly what he is and chose him anyway.

Some of us at least hoped we were better than that.

Nah. 'Fraid not.

So, you didn’t read it.

From your link, Trump would not qualified to have his voter rights restored.

Next

Here... let me help with a quote from the article you completely misread:

This section deals with residents that have a felony conviction in Florida:

What standards govern eligibility to vote after a felony conviction?

A felony conviction in Florida for murder or a sexual offense makes a person ineligible to vote in Florida unless and until the person’s right to vote is restored by the State Clemency Board.

For any other felony conviction in Florida, a person is eligible to register and vote if the person has completed all terms of his or her sentence. Completion of the sentence means:

Prison or jail time;

Parole, probation, or other forms of supervision; and

Payment of the total amount of all fines, fees, costs, and restitution ordered as part of the felony sentence.

Note:  Such person may alternatively apply to have his or her right to vote restored by the State Clemency Board.

*********************************

This section deals with residents that have a felony conviction in a state other than Florida:

A felony conviction in another state makes a person ineligible to vote in Florida only if the conviction would make the person ineligible to vote in the state where the person was convicted.

*********************************

What state convicted Trump on a felony charge???   ahhhh... New York

Florida residents with felony convictions in New York can vote in Florida if New York would allow them to vote in New York.

New York's rules for voting privileges for felons states that as long as the convicted felon is not incarcerated, he can vote.

Is Trump currently incarcerated on a felony charge from New York?   Sadly, no!

Therefor, Trump, despite being a convicted felon can vote in New York and Florida because he is not currently incarcerated.

I guess all that was just too hard for you to follow.

It's your move.....

Yes, but he's technically not convicted until after he's sentence.

So, if a convicted felon with a life sentence in New York, escaped and fled to Florida, they could legally vote?

Those getting punished for their actions are wholly to blame.  They had a choice and now must live with the consequences.  They're just deserts will hopefully show others that the crimes they committed on Trump's behalf were unethical, illegal and immoral.  That would be a good result for everyone else and that's why I am happy to see them reap what they sowed.

What crimes?  Your earlier post that i was replying to was in regards to Trump supporters. Is that a crime?

This is what the post you replied to included:

One by one their towering pillars (Giuliani, Jones,Ellis, Chesebro,Clark,Eastman) of lies come crashing down.

So when you asked if I was happy about lives getting destroyed I assumed you were referring to that list of people who are currently defendants or have been disbarred for actions following the previous election.  I definitely was not referring to those who only voted for Trump.

Come on dude.  That was dishonest and you know it.  Below is the first part of the post you made that you omitted above.  Is it really worth it?  Get a grip and be a better man.

Your reading skills are very weak.  There is only one sentence in my post that mentions people's lives being damaged..... and that sentence clearly identifies the lives that are being discussed.  The initial sentence only mentions that lies have been told by members of a sham of a political organization.

Get a grip and be a more attentive reader.

Arguing with dimwitted weak readers is a waste of my time. I bid you adieu.

OK, you are being  pathetic. I posted what you stated and here it is again below.  You are obviously are referring to Maga supporters and hoping for bad things to happen.  Weird how you are determined to convince us "now" that you are only referring to Giuliani, etc.

You are an angry  individual and the sad thing is you have no idea of the type of person you are.  I see a lot of Trump's bad side  in you.

He was convicted and hasn't been sentenced and probably will never be.  I seriously doubt Trump is losing any sleep over it.   Silly IMO to deny he was convicted but as I stated earlier it isn't important.  It was a petty crime and won't have any impact on his ability to lead.
