During WWII, the Germans were greeted by the Ukrainians as heroes. Kyiv surrendered without firing a shot.

 

The Ukrainians quickly found out there was no difference between getting trampled by a German jackboot, and a Russian one. They became both Soviet and Nazi partisans. The UPA fought on the German side, then switched back to Russia.

From what I heard from Russians, is that many Russians see that not as big as a problem like Americans see it when American soldiers die in wars. For many Russians that seems to be just part of life. I can't verily how true this is.

IMO Ukraine won't surrender. They are fighting for national survival. Like most Eastern Europe nations, they remember what being under the Kremlin yoke was like.

 

Putin is fighting for survival too. Lose this war, he is dead meat.

 

The Ukrainians have repeatedly demonstrated they are quite skilled at assassinations. If Trump sells them out, he would do well to remember that.

Cutting off Funding would be my guess, the MIC through Biden  have laundered billions through This conflict. The whole thing could have stopped 18 months ago, I hope Trump does as he says, IMO all those opposing him in the US Congress are the ones with vested intrests in continued war.

Two of those ships were made to navigate rivers and not seas.

They were not build to withstand heavy waves,so they broke.

The other one has been used by russia for over two years to bring war material to Syria.

Apparently a fire started in the engine room, it did sink.

He sent a 50 km column of vehicles to take Kiev. First it ran out of fuel, then food. The soldiers manning the vehicles had to walk back to Belarus. Facts are so inconvenient.
