A Federal appeals court has upheld the verdict in the $5 million  E Jean Carroll defamation case. While Trump may not notice $5 million, the $83 million in the follow-up case has to sting.

What should be embarrassing is not knowing the difference between the outcome of a civil case and a conviction.

Trump was not convicted of sexual assault.   The only opinion that mattered was the opinion of the jury in the civil suit, not the obscene words of the a.rsehole judge commenting after the actual verdict, the verdict that stood.
