Has anyone filled in a TM 6 on a land crossing into Thailand since 2022?

I did last year

Yes, last month. Only some of the crossings suspended then, not all.

Yes, two years ago.

Yes, last one in January (2025).

 

Long story short, some land borders still have them (the less busy ones).

Yes, at Chong Chom border crossing last year. Waste of time as it wasn't even looked at when I left Thailand.

Yes on 5 March this year, getting a new exempt.

Going out Thailand and instantly back, you will get a TM 6.

Note your Thai adres, you need it.

Was helped by very nice IO, as she filled in my TM 6 !!

2000 baht paid and out and in again within 20 minutes.

Yes; twice.

Chiang Saen, a boat, requires it.  When I crossed at Mukdahan they didn’t require one but you filled out a homemade form that had all the same information.

Just did today from laos to chiang khong, no need for TM6 But make sure  you have your  address in Thailand and flight details, enjoy
