I have a problem with my computer, well , it's not so much with my computer it's with me. I don't know what I'm doing. I'm 78 and my knowledge is very very basic. My internet feed is as fast as ever, but only use it for simple things.

When I lost HD Prime I thought it would be simple to replace. So the other day I downloaded Wizz and Surfshark , signed  up for a year for one and 3 years for the other. All well and good but when I tried to use them I couldn't. I don't know what to do. I need somebody to come and work their magic  so I can use them. Telling me what to do doesn't help.

Payment is no problem. I live in a condo just off Thepprasit Road. Can anybody help or knows somebody who can.  I'm deaf so a phone call doesn't help.

With F1 just starting and the IPL coming up soon I hope some body can.

I think the best way is to go to a computer area (it used to be TukCom) and find a Thai guy that sounds like he could fix your problem.

Pick up your computer and take it to him to fix.

If you want something to work seamlessly and money not an issue just pay for a legit feed, which ever thai company offers it

I quite regularly help my 80yr old friend with his computer problems I'm quite happy to help if you need it, no payment necessary just pay it forward. Send me a dm if you haven't found someone yet.

Another thing you can do if you know some one who can help you even from another continent is to download

a program like team viewer which gives some one else access to your computer.

That way you don't need to take it anywhere.

Make sure it is some one you know and can trust.

Anything dealing with software can be done remotely.

I have had issues with my pc like most people have from time to time but i have some one in my family

who knows all about computers and he fixes any problem for me.

Hahaha…No payment necessary,just pay it forward.And wait…

There is always one ###### ……who thinks no one  will do things out of kindness … I’d come and sort you out but am a long way away unfortunately …BeIN Sports is good for F1 about 120baht a month or 1000baht a year…..

Bein Sports doesn’t like a VPN

I have Wizz but never needed a VPN to make it work. I brought the android box with it preinstalled, connected it to my TV, and it just needed my wifi login and my Wizz login ID and password. Also while i was waiting for the box to arrive i could use the same Wizz Login and password (emailed after payment) and download the App to my laptop and view it that way. Currently I am overseas and use my laptop to view sports, etc.

Did you email Wizz about this? Anyway, some questions;

1. Did you purchase it through their website, and not some facebook seller ?

2. What are you trying to watch it on, your computer or TV/android box, or both ?

3. What APP exactly did you download to watch it ? they have a few different apps for different platforms.

4. Don't use a VPN and see what happens.

5. Assuming you are using your laptop/computer, when you say it doesnt work, you could open the WIZZ app, and login with your ID and password and the channels are not playing. Are you typing it exactly as it was given in their email. Or does it not even open for you ?

Let's see what you answers are, and go from there.

Vandk. I don't know why I'm having such problems but if you are in Jomtien tomorrow (Thursday) I will be in the Birds Bar in Soi 7 at 4 o'clock. I will be wearing a black shirt (Callaway) and will probably be sitting at the bar. As the bar is Danish opened I thought you might know it.

What I should have added is that I've sent a few messages and received them back over the years and never had a problem reading one before.

Stll tying to contact Vandk, but messages wont let me send one. Anybody got a suggestion?
