You just had to go there. Rayner legitimately thought because her name wasn’t on the deed of the Manchester home she shared with her now divorced hubby, she could call her Hove home her primary residence. This 'advise' didn't pan out but there's little to no evidence of a crime. Tax avoidance is legal in the UK (ask all the billionaires), tax evasion isn't so unless it is proved she purposely evaded tax, there is absolutely non chance of her being 'prosecuted and imprisoned'. Facts. They matter. You should try them now and again. -

So, basically, if UK politicians want to solve any issue, they are not encumbered by any treaty, they can always find a way out. Thus, a treaty is not the issue, it's the will of the politicians. -

If I'm remembering correctly, Ocean 1 condo was supposed to be built there years and years ago. We heard about it in 2010 when my spouse and I arrived. I believe it was to be 90 stories. I think they started to do some site work but didn't get much beyond that.
