It's the total opposite of why you should be doing in Thailand.  You pony up for a plane ticket, sacrifice all the good stuff, and then get to line up like a freshly caught fish at immigration, all for the distinct privilege of paying for sex in Thailand. It is a financial and moral self sabotage.  Just pay a hooker back home. Its cheaper and you got more choice. There are Thai and now very popular Vietnamese prostitutes in your country too.

I am gald I am still young and able to pull tourists or chicks I can communicate with, have a laugh with, have some banter  and a bit of a chase rather than playing connect 4 or jenga and bar fining before the fat guy does.

It a stereotype, i am certainly not the first to use it.

I have spent many nights in girly bars over the years, I know how things work and taken part.

I've also seen a good amount of older men sitting in a restaurant with thai chick, no communtication at all, she sits on her phone he eats. Outside of the bar enviromant and a few beers the conversation is lacking to say the least.

I think you've got the male clothing the wrong way round, Thais tend to dress conservatively, and the shabby attire is false as very few dress that badly.

We tend to forget, that many moons ago, Thai Ladies were able to convey the "girl friend" syndrome in a very credible way. It was the time when a record number of Thai/Farang marriages took place. For better or for worse. Mostly for worse. But it was a time when every Farang was considered as a monetary God. 

20 years later, they discovered that Tourist Farangs usually have a small wallet. So why still go with the "girl friend" routine? They just adopted to international standards when it came to P4P.

I have lived in the "sticks" for 5 years, 2011 to 2016, near the Myanmar border. Believe me, all the ladies were interested in me, ranging from 18 to 70 years old. Why? I was unmarried and had money.

 

A good time for you to re-qualify "prostituton".  I was offered "long time prostitution" in the sticks. I refused. After 5 years, I was aked to leave, as I contributed very little financially to the village.
