Unfortunately, far to much money involved in drug trafficking and far to many people at the top governance who are themselves addicts. A solution would be to educate, educate, educate and educate again people against the known harmful effects of narcotics on the mind and mainly on user's health. Yes booze, tobacco, sugar, processed foods are also bad, we know the usual excuse. But it remains legal.

Have u ever seen a sober Russian?I worked in Russian waters years ago.We towed a oilrig and put it in the location outside Novaja sembla.We had our base in Murmansk.I have never ever seen so much drunk people on the streets drinking vodka from the bottle in the middle of the day.
