So without going into detail I would like to buy a birthday cake and do we know any Cake shops in Pattaya who can arrange to write on a birthday cake ?

Where can I arrange a birthday party even if only 3 people I have invited attend ?

Would the Hilton be ok ?

Any other venues ?

I would like balloons too

Where can I go in Pattaya to arrange this ?

Do perhaps restaurants you know ?

What about bars?

I get a cake from SP at Tukcom every year for a friend of mine.  They write on it and include candles.  Any small restaurant or bar would be happy for the custom as it's been dead quiet for months.  You could rent a karaoke room if you're into the stage/microphone thing.
