I'm not even going to dare ask $$$? AMR.

Very nice indeed, looks a bit Middle-Eastern (desert oasis) in style.

The "lived-in" look is so much more natural then the sterile photos in the style magazines like "Homes and Gardens".

Makes it look like a home not just a house.

Now if you look at the area down on the right ... This is the guest room ... Which is an open perfectly round area of an 10 meters in radius ... And it was a challenge to make a door for it with a wooden round shape door with glass impeded into it ... The carpenter who made this door for me told me that this is the most difficult door he ever came across ... Since the glass has to be custom made to be a round shape too ..

Security system installed at each and every door and window and glass around the whole house ... Once activated ... All motion sensors are on ... Any door or window is opened or shacked roughly ... The system will go on and the boys in blue will show up within 3 mins tops hence the station is just 5 min away ... [emoji106][emoji4]

The whole thing cost about 8 mils excluding the land (1060 sq/m) which was my wife share of the whole land owned by her father, the whole house is built on approx 320 sq/m of the land which leaves me with a big area to make a good garden which might cost another 1 mil ... Did not start with the garden yet since i'm short of liquid at the mean time due the financial turmoil that runs around ... The house is still with the minimum furniture .. Still looking for something good around the country ... Do you have any good places for good stuff that you would suggest ?

By the way ... The 2 links that you posted ... Both houses are just amazing, nice architect and nice execution, beautifully designed and beautifully built ... Any idea about the cost ? post-114464-14467921538044_thumb.jpg

Nice house.

I don't understand why you don't see more steel frame buildings. Nice and modern.

Damn sight nicer than the 'spanish villa' style or whatever.

Our ranch style house near Mahasarakham, built for 2.1 million baht in 2014 including concrete fencing, separate garage and driveway, basic landscaping and housing inclusions. Balanced cut and fill to create the pond and raise the house pad. Located on the edge of town looking out over rice paddies.

Here are a couple of recent house shots from out in the fields. Normally you can't see the mountains in the distance if you are too close to the house.
