Just to keep up the 'news' from 3 months ago; successful again.

Submitted online 90 day report 10:30 this morning,

received email "Approved" at 2:30 this afternoon.

Printed off Date of next report.

Chiang Mai Immigration.

Had to use I.E., Edge way too slow in accepting each character typed.

Having no success with: extranet.immigration.go.th/pibics/online/tm47/TM47Action.do using IE and Firefox. Just get 'Page can't be displayed...or 'connection has timed out'.

Have gone back through pages of this thread and seen nothing else to try.

Is this the correct link for 90 day reporting?

Is anyone else having problems?

As a Bangkok resident my only other option is to go to chaengwattana, is that correct?

Thanks in advance :)

You can do your 90 day report at Major Hollywood Suksawat and Imperial World Ladprao too.

Thanks elviajero.

I read that Ladprao and Suksawat were for Myanmar, Laos and Cambodians only?

After the link I get to the website, but only have www.immigration.go.th , bangkok.immigration.go.th These only lead to Overstay Warning pages. Is there a link I am missing?

See this report: http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/691692-additional-offices-for-90-day-reporting-in-bangkok/?p=7203357

The immigration website isn't clear!

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? I have tried 4 times and each time after I hit submit after entering my passport/arrival info, I get nothing but a blank white page. Using Microsoft Edge on Windows 10. Seeing all these success stories and I'm not sure what I could be doing wrong? Is there some trick or something that I am not aware of?

Try opening the page in IE explorer which is accessible from your Edge browser.

The correct link is below

I did my report at Big C Latphao today - took 20 minutes from time of arrival at 1039 (opens at 1030). Get queue at entry door and wait for A2 window to display.

Figured out my problem. I was having so much problems with entering text that I was writing out all the text in notepad and then copy/pasting it over. I didn't realize that I had to select Nationality from a list and it would never pop up when I was pasting my nationality in there because it's under American instead of USA or United States of .... I clicked on the button on the side but nothing ever happened. So that was my fault. All good now and it went through successfully. Cheers.

Dear Lopburi3

The link you gave me takes me to the immigration website (where I have been many times). The links there: www.immigration.go.th , bangkok.immigration.go.th only lead to Overstay Warning pages. Is there a link I am missing on the site which takes me to where I can do my 90 day reporting online?

Thank s for confirming Big C Latphao is available for ANYONE doing 90 day reporting, not just for for Myanmar, Laos and Cambodian citizens.

The link takes you directly to the secure web site for doing online 90 day reports - you will likely have to ignore the warning that your connection is not private as it does not have recognized security certificate so you have to bypass to continue.

Did you click on my link or try to type it in? It is a hot link - all you have to do is click on it.

The link goes directly to the secure 90 day reporting site - not to immigration web site. What browser are you using? You must override (extra setting) some security features - suspect you are clicking on a take me back to safe site type link rather than continue on the secure site.

Yes I clicked on the link, but thereafter I do not know the next step after arriving on the site. If I click on either of the links I find there www.immigration.go.th or, bangkok.immigration.go.th they only lead to Overstay Warning pages.

What do I need to do start the reporting once I get to the Thai Immigration page from the link you provided?

If you look at the pages the links you posted lead you to you will find a button at the bottom of the pages that will take you to the websites.

For 90 day reporting you use this link .https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online

Sorry but I am still confused about what to put in the "Stay Permitted Date". Is that the date I got my last extension? or the date my extension ends?

It is the date your current extension of stay ends.

I never received email approval so this morning I did my 90 day report in person at Nonthaburi. I showed the IO my online receipt and he stated that Nonthaburi did not have the computer infrastructure to handle 90 day reports online.

Oddly they gave me a new reporting date of the 23rd of April yet my retirement extension expires on the 24th of February. I have never come across this before so which date should I use for my new extension?

I had the same happen to me last year. Your visa date is what matters, not the next 90 day reporting date. When you get your next extension of your retirement visa in Feb, you will reset the 90 day report date for sometime in May. This is what happened to me, anyway...

Obviously another office variation. When I did my 90 day at Sri Ratcha last year they put the next report date as the date my permission to stay expired, about 6 weeks later.

When I went to do the extension they pointed out that my next 90 day was due 90 days from the last 90 day and not from the date of extension. I said that I had only been back in Thailand a few days and she came up with another date, 90 days from re-entry.

This is definitely correct.

Here I am not certain as I could always avoid the situation. And now with online reporting I don't care.

Could make sense too, because it might mislead you or others to think you have another 90 days of legal stay (although the report slip clearly states that it is not an extension).

Why is there a compulsion to distort posts and take things out of context.

I had responded to a post with a statement that has been completely ignored.

" When you get your next extension of your retirement visa in Feb, you will reset the 90 day report date for sometime in May. "

If you quote me, keep it in context.

I have been having the same problem as others. If I use google chrome, I just get a blank page after I fill in all the information and hit "submit".

I tried clicking the "edge" button to the right of the bar at the top, but all i get is "This program cannot display the webpage" or "Navigation to the webpage was canceled"

Why is this on-line reporting so frustrating?

On Chrome you need to get the IE Tab extension. For many people it works better than IE, Get it here http://www.ietab.net.

With Edge you need to click on settings and select internet exporter to open the website.

I've just clicked on all three links in my Chrome browser. All three, including the 'new' one shows a warning that the site is unavailable because of it being a potential 'phishing site'. The main Immigration page contains the same blurb about reporting to your local office. After Big Scary 'Bad Guys In, Good Guys Out laugh.png Childish cartoon.

This is what I see when I click on the link.
