Brothel 'Restaurant' Raided by Police

CityNews - A secret brothel posing as a late night restaurant with 'beautiful waitresses' was raided by police on Sunday night in the early hours of the morning.

On September 18, police entered the Bang San 1 Bar on Charoenrat Road, as part of a series of planned raids against illegal brothels in the city.

They discovered that the restaurant that served late night food and had 'beautiful waitresses' serving drinks was in fact a front for a prostitution service they offered.

Patrons could pay 1500 to 2000 baht to take a woman home with them, with the bar receiving 500 baht each time.

Because they said it was operating "ILLEGALLY "??????

planned raids against illegal brothels in the city.

Does that mean there are Legal ones??

Can't a fella go'n'eat his takeaway course of fingerfood -privately, and in his own time?

Go find your own dessert - bib!!

I'll have one waitress with nothing on it,  please.

This place was only charging between 1500-2000 Baht, whereas Soi Cowboy is at least double that (so I've been told )............

Could it have anything to do with an ' understanding ' with the local BIB or not as the case may be ?

Cheaper? They wouldn't like that.

As I read it, not much difference as any bar employing bargirls.

So.......why?

Could not find any reviews about the food.  Hope the kitchen staff can find work.  The girls seem to be a bit on the young side.

Anyone know of other such locations? Its for a friend...

We are friends no more after his shocking revelation

It's a better earner  for both the restaurant  and waitresses,

selling pussy, than selling food.I wonder if anyone actually

went there for the food.

regards Worgeordie

How was the food there anyway? Thought some forum members might know :whistling:

Obviously they have takeaway service

Same as always, there are places aimed towards Thai customers that are charging Thai price and then you have places like Nana and Soi Cowboy that are aimed at a foreigner clientele where they charge "farang" price...

Probably more likely about the government not getting their cut. It's not about right and wrong, they have laws (products) to sell and the people are the customers

Almost 30 years ago in Chiang Rai, I remember seeing the same type of restaurant in the middle of the day offering services for 60, 80, and 100 baht depending on the "waitress" selected.

Except that you couldn't take them home.

And there was no food being served.

I wonder if they offered free water?

I don't recall this place being mentioned on our many "best pizza" and "best burger" threads.  How could it have escaped notice?

The person that told you must be the bar girl.
