CHIANG MAI: -- Doctors confirmed yesterday that a 12 year old girl suspected of being raped by a senior civil servant in Chiang Mai is pregnant.

 

They also said that the child's 3 year old sister has also been sexually molested.

 

The man at the center of the allegations is a C8 level civil servant that means he is an executive officer. He is the husband of the aunt of the children Kapook reported.

 

The children's mother had gone to police to make a complaint at the weekend after she suspected that he brother in law had interfered with her children. Her 12 year old had missed her period and the worst was confirmed on Monday with doctors saying she was one month pregnant and had indeed been raped.

 

The three year old sister had not been raped but showed signs consistent with having had fingers forced into her genitals, added the doctors.

 

The civil servant at the center of the allegations denies the charges. Police are also looking into whether the wife of the alleged rapist knew what was going on.

 

Police suspect that both husband and wife threatened the children with death if they said anything about the abuse that is thought to have been going on for some considerable time.

 

Investigations continue.

I guess dna testing is not part of determining if the charges are true or not by the CM bib?  Soi dog bitches look after their offspring better than some of the people the children are entrusted to by their parents.

Wonder if emastalilaters are avaliable here and if any one uses them or just go with a sharp knife.

Rubber bands work but might need to tie the hands behind the rapist back to prevent removing. He could be fed thru a straw until the sack fell off.

What dna testing are you suggesting? The earliest a fetus can be tested is 8 weeks and the article states the girl is only one month pregnant.

A good sentence in this case would be to tie the man naked to a chair, and let the 12 year old girl do what she like with him without risk for prosecution.
If he is guilty off course, but why would somebody lie about that?

Utterly disgraceful. It's bad enough getting the 12 year old pregnant, but a 3 year old? I'm stunned that someone could be so evil.

Whatever sentence this POS gets, it's not enough.
