Go to  Chatuchak market, plant section, I am sure you will

be able to find a Norfolk Island pine, in a pot, nice Xmas

every Xmas for years to come.

Look for a Baan and Beyond store there.  The one here in Chiang Mai has them for sale, right now!

I hate Christmas so happy to be in BKK and try to escape the tree and all the fuss. Wish the Thailand malls were Buddhist and not Christian. ????

You think you can escape Christmas in BKK? That's a joke.

Get ready to hear Jingle Bells played over and over and over and over and over again, until at least March. It drives me bananas.

hear hear, dreadful time of the year.

If you decide to buy a real X-mas tree, then remember to stick the tree's foot in a bucket with water and Aspirin – yes the headache pill, and even the effect is discussed, it won't harm the tree – that will keep the tree hydrated and fresh a little longer...????

If the tree was cut down a while ago, it's necessary to cut of an inch using a saw. Then it will absorb water much better.

And all the shop clerks with their "Santa Claus hats"

Let's all chip in and buy the miserable humbug merchants a trip to Saudi Arabia for Christmas.

As the Villa Market 10k luxury tree is not an option for me, I asked IKEA. They said they have no information yet and I should contact them again end of the month.

Back in the 60s, we made Christmas wreathes out of used computer punch cards..might be still available here.

Thai Watsadu near Mega Bangna. Real Christmas trees and very inexpensive ornaments.
