Hi! Can you please help me with my academic research and answer the following  questions:

2.What is your favourite time of the year to be in Thailand?

Thanks a lot!

Never. I left for a reason(s).   Whenever it doesn't rain a lot and isn't too hot. But I'd take hot over freezing in Japan or Europe during the winter.

Winter, it's a bit hot out here for my liking during the summer.

If I ever leave Thailand for elsewhere then I would refer you to answer 1 above.

I don't miss my so called home country ever. It is a dank miserable place controlled by idiots and childless wonders. I thank myself every day for having escaped 40 years ago and have travelled the world happily ever since.

1. Nothing much. I can get everything that I need from my home country here.

2. Summer. I complain a lot about the heat but I prefer that over the cooler days.

Good luck on your research!

1. Winter -christmas time.

2. I'm only happy when it rains!

The miserable months from March through October when the temps are astronomically high and the humidity makes it impossible to tie ones shoelaces without working up a huge sweat.

I actually like the present time of year. Thailands winter months.

Miss my own country Sept-Nov ... that’s hunting and fishing season. Miss Thailand Dec—Feb ... that is the only time of year with a tolerable temperature.  For the other 6 months of the year I would wish to e in neither location.

1. Autumn in uk.

2. Any time the sun goes in !

Spring in Melbourne, starting about March-April. In Thailand, the winter season in Chiang Rai, November through January.

I have the best of both worlds. Leave New England mid October when the leaves are at peak color and return the third week of April when Spring is busting out all over. I’ve never been in Thailand May through September and don’t really ever want to. New England is perfect those months. So Winter here in Thailand is my favorite time of the year here.

1. I don’t miss anything about my home country.

2. Love the warm weather, so if I ever have to visit always visit during summer.

1... Spring

2...What its coldest

1. Autumn

2. Wet season

I don't miss it all.  I chose to leave and I chose to live here. Honestly, I like the rainy season because the air is clean and it does not rain all day.  It also does not just drizzle, it really rains!

Hi

1\ i don't miss my home country

2\ i love when the air is not too polluted

unfortunately it's becoming rare moments year after year

you are welcome

1. Don't miss the UK at all. Sh*thole.

2. Songkran is my favourite time of year.

1. I miss Greenland in the hot season.

2. I love the cold season in Thailand.

Although I live in Thailand I'm not quite financially secure enough to retire yet, so unfortunately I still have to commute to the UK to work. When the day comes that I can finally say "enough" I won't look over my shoulder at this miserable, grey, xenophobic, expensive <deleted>hole. Give me Thailand with it's glorious weather, friendly people, affordable lifestyle every day of the week. Despite the perceived problems we read about on here, for me they pale into insignificance when weighed against all that is good about Thailand. The moaners will moan wherever they live.

I think you are partly overlapping 2 issues... weather and missing home... I don't really miss my home country ever but sometimes during hot season I miss a cool springtime day when the melting snow is still crisp in the air...

1. At no time of the year do I miss my home country USA.

I feel like more of a foreigner there than I do here.

2. "Winter" in Northern Thailand.

A wonderful time of year, just like Indian Summer in New England.

It is difficult to miss Australia for me, ever.

Best time of year here is just after the rains stop.

>1.What time of the year are you missing your home country the most?

Never. Thailand is my home country now.

>2.What is your favourite time of the year to be in Thailand?

Rainy season. Temperature is most comfortable for me.
