Featured Replies

Does anybody want to share experience of having been infected with C19?
please share the location how you went through the recovery.

also interested to hear about anybody that was tested positive in ASQ and drill thereafter...

if you have not experienced firsthand. Please share others’ experience if it’s validated.

Not me but one of my adult daughters had covid about a month ago.  Pretty simple really.

She is 34 and has been watching the neighbors children since both their parents have to work and they closed the schools and summer programs.  The neighbor is a nurse, and visits a lot for dinners and games.  We couldn't say for sure how my daughter was sickened but most likely through the nurse or her children.

Anyway, one morning she felt quite sick, mostly body aches.  Later that day she developed a fever.  She had aches and a fever for 4 days 3 nights.   Got a covid (PCR) test on the forth day (because she didn't feel like going anywhere the other days).  Test came back 4 days later positive but she was all better the day after the test was taken.

Lives in a house with her husband and four children of her own.  No one else came down with symptoms but there is no way they weren't heavily exposed and developed antibodies.

They neighbor nurse came down sick at the same time.  She lives with her husband, mother and two children.  Basically the same time frame and symptoms for her.

Also her mother came down sick near the same time but no one else in her household showed symptoms.  Big difference for the mother was she was ill with a fever for 11 days.  No one needed hospital.   All described it as feeling like the flu.

One thing I forgot,  my daughter is one of the people that lost their sense of taste and smell.  Three days no olfactory sense.  She even took spices out of the cabinet and tried to tell what they were from smell alone but couldn't.

The OP is asking about C19, whatever that may be, not about Covid, correctly known as Covid-19.

Would it be fair to say that you're not the sharpest knife in the drawer?
