"problems persist say RTP" the only REAL problem is the RTP itself.....:whistling:

The RTP is a symptom not the cause.

Anyone who believes the elite in Thailand aren't heavily behind burying this case is delusional.

The whole Red Notice thing in itself is a smokescreen to keep the peasants happy, even though anyone with half a brain cell knows it's worthless if the issuing authority isn't prepared to issue an extradition warrant.

Last time, with a Red Notice in effect and pics of him in London resulted in radio silence, why expect something different this time?

Time to give it up boys. This is more akin to a reality TV show than real justice

From Interpol's website

"What is a Red Notice?

A Red Notice is a request to law enforcement worldwide to locate and provisionally arrest a person pending extradition, surrender, or similar legal action.

It contains two main types of information:

  • Information to identify the wanted person, such as their name, date of birth, nationality, hair and eye colour, photographs and fingerprints if available.
  • Information related to the crime they are wanted for, which can typically be murder, rape, child abuse or armed robbery.

Red Notices are published by INTERPOL at the request of a member country, and must comply with INTERPOL’s Constitution and Rules. A Red Notice is not an international arrest warrant."

It is a request for provisional arrest pending extradition proceedings being started by the originating country, so not exactly toothless. Thailand likes to shout about it when they assist other countries in locating and arresting people for extradition, not so toothless then.

The RTP now accept this with Jaruwat telling the Thai media that they could be unable to get the suspect's address and thus be hamstrung in applying for his extradition.

Yes, we understand you, Jaruwat. Go back to doing what you do best.
