Thai man finds his "mia noi" in bed with a younger guy - two dead in shooting

A Thai man found his mistress in bed with a much younger man.

 

He shot her lover who managed to escape down the stairs.

 

Then he executed his "mia noi" (mistress) before turning the gun on himself as he lay down in bed. 

 

The shooter had paid for his mistress to open a noodle shop but she had cheated behind his back, said police.

 

Muang Samut Prakan police were called to a three story premises above a "boat noodle" shop in Soi Nori around 7am Monday.

 

There was evidence of a trail of blood along the stairs. 

 

In a bedroom on the second floor they found 46 year old Phaison lying face up in bed. He had been shot in the right temple with the bullet exiting to the left side of the head. At his feet was a 9mm gun and there was evidence of a total of five shots having been discharged.

 

At the foot of the bed was a 35 year old Thai lady called Sudarat who was the owner of the noodle shop. She had been shot in the head. 

 

A man called Thanakorn, 25, was hit in the arm and chest and had been taken to Rattarin Hospital, Bang Poo, by a member of the public before police arrived. 

 

An employee at the noodle shop said that Phaison had arrived at 6am and asked where Sudarat was. The employee was tidying up at the time and indicated that the boss was upstairs in bed. 

 

Phaison went up and many shots rang out. 

 

The employee then said that Thanakorn staggered down the stairs covered in blood dressed only in his underpants. The employee ran off in terror leaving someone else to take the injured man to hospital. 

 

Police understand that Sudarat was the mistress of Phaison and that he had financed her noodle shop.

 

He had had an inkling that she was carrying on with another man behind his back but he kept his suspicions to himself. 

 

But on Monday morning he had found out that he was with his mistress. Police think he shot his mistress's lover first before executing her then turning the gun on himself. 

 

Investigations continue.

Long history, but the result; Another one noodle shop closed.  With the crisis and business closings. Almost  in this case there were investors ... but the economy does not recover.

very sad story ....  especially for customers who relied on noodles for lunch

I think noodles are over-rated. Cause of so much of Thailand's problems.

The culture here is to blame other stuff. Noodles, middle fingers, brake failure, porn channels etc.

And, here is the explanation, for the occurrence. A right tell tale tit. Now she has no job.

that is ...  if she knew her boss was in bed with the young guy ?  did she see him arrive and go up or was it just a case of ' she's still upstairs sleeping '     ?

These are of course, critical questions.

 

No mention of how much a plate of grass noodles were in the article. And, to be honest, I don't care, 'cause I had some noodles last week and I fell ill.

 

Never mind; plenty more noodles in the pot, at other eateries; for those craving for noodles at five in the morning..

Actually, at 35, she is a bit young for me. I like the more mature lady.

First of all it is only fair, that a guy who fools around on his wife, tolerates his wife and mistresses fooling around too. 

 

Second, killing a woman over this is beyond the pale. You just deal with it, and move on. Many other fish in the sea. 

 

It really comes down to self esteem and self worth. Real men just move on. So be it.

How on earth can we know this? He's now dead and they wrote 'he kept his suspicions to himself. '

 

On another note, I'm staying away from boat noodles and pork & fish balls! Or is it the guns which are dangerous?

 

On another other note, SpiderMike is correct, her being a mia noi means he is cheating on his wife, so why can't she do the same? I used to bang a mia noi, when I was the younger guy. ????????????

Yet you still call her a snitch as if she really knew.  Then you called her a coward.  What is it with you throwing someone under the bus when you do not have the whole story.  She was obviously in fear for her life as well.  

 

Killing the Mia Noi has become habit forming for those who believe they own the other one they are cheating with.  This country has so many women to choose from, and walking away is never done.  They believe they are saving FACE by doing this, but then if that is so why kill themselves as well.  The answer is they themselves are cowardly and can not handle the fact that they will go to prison themselves.  That is what happens when they think with the little head, and have no plan B or, they themselves have not learned what we here have learned already and, that is to not invest more than you can walk away from.  The same goes for all countries where this occurs.

Who for? Some random guy who doesn't know you from Adam or your wife who you swore undying love for and promised to share your life with. I can never understand people who blame the other guy who's accepted a bit of fun with a random woman, rather than blame the wife who has betrayed her husband. Fragile egos maybe?
