Halfway through, & because of the Russian speaking scenes, I've had to search for a subtitled torrent.

 

Can't though, coz the internet's gone off & AIS isn't fast enough.

I see the 720p Webrip by uploader GalaxyRG on Magnet has inbuilt subtitles for the Russian dialogue,

Yes--Travelers was good, saw it a few years back--a Canadian production, if its still around & if you like Sci Fi its well worth looking at. They sent back peoples minds into other people who were just about to die, (usually violently) and they (the minds) specialized in a certain things, So the intellectually handicapped  girl who was raped and about to be beaten to death in the car park-- was a top physician , the complete loser guy was a nuclear physicist. They all came together for a mission. Some were in relationships and had to work around it, as there was no sex in the future.  Ran for 3 seasons. I liked the guy that had a memory mind, everything that had happened in that era, every horse that had won, every Loto ticket that came 2nd.... (don't want the publicity of 1st.

Thanks for airing that--I wouldn't have picked up on it, just got round to watching it--was really interesting & fast paced. Mexican drug lords, connecting with a low level street gang in LA.

The amount of "Wire" warrants issued for phone tapping was staggering- & I had never heard of a "Rolling" search warrant before, which allows you start at one end of a street, & if you don't find what you are looking for go to the next house then the next house etc etc....

Thanks, I'd completely forgotten about that, one of the decent British cop shows from the 90's along with the likes of The Knock, The Vice and Between the Lines to name but three.

Just finished watching The Courier. It was much better than I was expecting. Kept my attention all the way through.

This one is amusing me at the moment - family business - you might be able to find it on Netflix as it’s a Netflix original.

I've only watched the first two episodes, and so far it's funny. I didn't expect I was going to cope with French humour, but it's good.

Yeah, agreed, it’s a weird one isn’t it. It surprised me too, not side splitting hilarious but interesting enough. 

 

My Italian isn’t so good but I from recent shows I am surprised how much swearing I recognized in Spanish (Gigantes), French (this) and Russian (golden life, which is Hungarian but they seem to swear like Russians)

Spy City ---6 part TV -Miramax Television

just hit the downloads, it was released in Germany in December with subs, released 2 days ago here (All English)  . Set in 1961 in Berlin, before it closed .-I just downloaded from TorrenTing.

Although I haven't used in in over 7 years--it will be missed by a lot of people. Number 1 for movies and TV programs and had the biggest library for "E" and audio books.  Its difficult to comprehend just how hard it was to access any TV or Movies back then. 20 odd years ago We would all be down the Pattaya Market buying DVDs (or clunky VHS) which at most times were woeful. I remember my friend saying to me join, you can get anything--I said I bet you cant, so we bet. I put in "give me episode 12 of Bonanza", & that was the quickest 500 baht I ever lost. Apparently the owner who has been very sick for quite a while, and is not expected to get better, had decided not to pass on the site or release to anyone all of the passwords .

 

I guess disproving the saying, You cant take it with you.
