Can anyone recommend a good, reputable visa agent in Pattaya.

I'll be back in Pattaya in a couple of weeks after quarantine, and will be looking to convert my tourist visa to a more long term visa. (I'm under 50).

Thanks.

They can obtain you a non O (volunteering) and subsequent 12 month extension. Not cheap.

KeyVisa is one mob. There are several others.

Keep in mind that you can obtain the standard 30 day extension to your 60 day setv. After that if 60 day covid extensions are continued then you could obtain those.

Thanks Jack.

Keyvisa is the one outfit I am aware of.

I'm guessing that prices are pretty much the same across the board, but I thought I'd shop around.

Lyn Property on the first floor of View Talay 2-B is the agent I use. Lyn is a Thai woman married to a  Brit. My last extension cost me a bit less than 500 USD.   EMAIL is [removed] .  Very nice and reasonable people.

Is that an extension based on retirement or volunteering. The OP is under 50.

The OP asked for agent recommendation, NOT a discussion on using one, or the legality or methods such agents may or may not employ.

We have many clients that use us that are living in Pattaya.

There are also a few other reputable big agents over there.

Just make sure to use one of the big ones, and you should be fine.
