Daily News reported on the case of a navy man, a sub-lieutenant, who was disciplined after taking inappropriate pictures of a youth gymnast at the national stadium in Pathumwan, Bangkok.

 

He had his bonus cut after taking pictures of the young person's breasts and other areas during a competition.

 

Netizens got on the man's case and discovered he was the same person that had a run in with his own mother and father over his behavior that ended up being arbitrated by the Paweena Honksakul foundation. 

 

Google searches also discovered that the same navy man was responsible for kicking the rear of a woman's Honda Jazz after a road traffic scrape while he was driving a Toyota Vios in May 2019.

 

In that incident - that ended amicably after the police fined both parties - he was reported as saying:

 

"Do you know who I am?"

Perhaps an understandable remark were he to be an Admiral, but utterly pathetic coming from a Sub Lieutenant!, Even one with three years seniority in the rank!

Ah the DYKWIA syndrome. A seasoned enlisted Navy Chief would eat a sub-LT's lunch any and everyday in the US Navy. He must have watched McHale's Navy and got the impression Sailors are suppose to behave badly.

 

On the side note.. why is the article keep repeating "navy man?" There are so many better words befitting the new century (Sailor, junior officer, naval officer, his actual rank, etc.). And no. I don't mean to be politically correct; only interested in more descriptive terms.

No but I know a man who does.

Saw the video on the news this morning, Mrs tells me he was also taking close up pics of the girls crotch area ( for wont of a better description) when other onlookers caught him and pinned him to the ground he was squealing like a stuck pig, they should have beaten 7 bells out of him.

If he was in the Royal Navy he would have been Court Martialled and if found guilty cashiered and probably given a prison sentence, but no doubt he will just be posted to an inactive post.
