PHUKET: Phuket officials this morning posted a notice explaining the definition of the word ‘or’ in response to questions about the new domestic entry requirements to the province to come into effect on Saturday (Oct 16).

 

Along with the notice, posted on the “Phuket COVID-19 & Phuket Sandbox (Official Phuket information Center)”, operated by the Phuket office of the Ministry of Interior, was the message: 

 

“Some people don’t understand what the word "or" means, so the admin finds a clear answer according to the Royal Institute’s dictionary.”

my wrong then..... went there 2 days ago, fully vaccinated and they refused entry unless I take the APK test, had to pay 200 baht, I know it's not a lot but it's the principle, in my opinion and only my opinion it felt like a scam, I show them the vaccine certificate but they didn't take the time to look at it, as soon as I open the car window they pointed to the APK test booth

But you said double vaccinated

You had to pay because it's not in effect yet.

Except you cant register with gophuget as you still have to provide evidence of a negative test even if you are fully vaccinated.

Try not changing the goal posts so often then maybe people will be able to keep up with what you are actually thinking ....................LOL

Could it be the confusion is not so much caused by the wording but by the way they change the rules every five minutes?

introducing an afterthought, usually in the form of a question.

 

Also a definition of OR.

Maybe they use the word or wrong..... you pay or....... you do the ATK test or...... You bribe me or.......So confusing or not?
