TNA reported on an accident video posted by a civil servant in Tak, north west Thailand.

It featured dash cam footage from Facebook user Puna PuPu in which a large truck descenting a hill between Mae Sot and Muang district of Tak (Route 12) toppled over.

The owner of the footage said it was lucky they were not going fast and that there was no one behind her to slam into her rear.

Watching the video shows the load shifting and as an ex truckie to me means the load was either not secured under the tarp or there was a sudden break but more likely an unsecured load thinking the tarp would hold everything in place .

His positioning on the raod was diabolical approching the bend; looked like he was half asleep.    What was the load; Sugar, Salt or MSG !   Lol.

Totally agree Insecure load end of story!!!

Insecure load + Inexperienced driver. . . Identifying the racing line of the road while in a truck doesn't make you awesome. Som nam na. It's pleasing no innocents were hurt in this one.

Ya Ba

Amazing in a sad way are the cars that just passing by like nothing happened instead of looking for the driver or secure the accident site.

Total idiots. They should be jailed for this behaviour and their cars crushed. Otherwise they don't learn.

Alternatively I suggest they work a night shift with rescue volunteers or at an emergency room. That might open their eyes!!!!

Over loaded and under-secured.

Thai style.

Over height, badly secured or unsecured load, over loaded, too high a speed and on the inside of a bend. A recipe for disaster.

Maybe some "flour" coming in from Burma? The kind some minister took along to Sydney back in the day ............

For a moment I thought I was back in the 80's reading the title of the movie starring Asia Carrera

Look at 0.25 that's where the load was Shifting  after that it was a lost course .

It does look like that he was going a Tad fast by looking at the speed off the cars

He just clipped the left hand non sealed area, overcorrected ,,,,finish
