And as for quarantine its a joke to them...they just walk around as normalwith nomask I don't see that..... plenty of Thais wearing masks, even on motorcycles when alone. Many Thais seem quite fearful of Covid.... if anything they have been misled by the media and have yet to grasp omicron is less to worry over. 3

Will there be a end to this story or will it go on and on year after year? 2

The head of Desease Control is I assume medically qualified and would be assisted by qualified staff. Most heads of departments follow the advice of the qualified permanent staff in their department that is why the are employed there. Looks like another Trump in the making? Qualifications don’t come into it with this “government”, it’s about the size of your family’s bank account. ???? 3

Popular Post herfiehandbag Posted February 9, 2022 Popular Post Posted February 9, 2022 A lot of "influential people" are involved in providing services and equipment to enable the various Covid management regimes. These people are making a lot of money. They will, as they are working so closely with the MOPH undoubtedly have contacts with "their" minister. He is a politician who is building a power base with an eye to one particular job... 4

Yep, they just want to crush them all so then they can bring their new Thailand image to the world, which will be a flop as many will go elsewhere for what they want. 1
IamNoone88 Posted February 9, 2022 Posted February 9, 2022 Delta still remains dangerous. Omicron less so. Delta needs to be controlled by identifying Delta only outbreaks. Everything else is fair game. Problem is its all referred as "Covid" which is misleading. 1
Popular Post Jimbo2014 Posted February 9, 2022 Popular Post Posted February 9, 2022 I posted this before and Ill post it again here. Just report number of deaths, but report them in relation to number of other types of deaths including motorbikes, cancer, diabetes, mosquito born diseases. Let people make up their own mind where the real risks are. Maybe then we can stop the irrational fear and return to normal. 7

Easing restrictions means millions out in the streets, showing their extreme distaste for this toxic administration, and their desire for change. Maintaining restrictions means the oppression continues, and their chance of clinging to power remains intact. 2% approval is all they got! The Hannibal Lecter masking of the commoners runs completely through the Thai media. Thai MSM talking head, variety show hosts, game show hosts and contestant - virtually everyone except for Lakhon soap actors wear masks on TV. The most absurd are the Thai TV news anchors. In the most Covid paranoid nations of the globe, TV News anchors probably take a test on entering the studio and then go on live maskless with their co-anchors. Here in Hannibal Lecter Land? Every TV news anchor are masked. So this isn't about limiting the spread of a virus - a test could keep the anchors and TV crews all safe. Nope - it's a unified message being sent to the commoners by the "public-private partnership" of governments and corporations. "Mask Up And Conform." In the not so far away feudal days in Thailand, the common class were separated from the ruling class by way of dress. Although you see it in Lakhon period-pieces all the time, it's pretty much impossible to do an internet search and find pictures of the Thai feudal slave and servant classes. The same applies here - dress separates the classes. Hence - masking isn't going away anytime soon if at all. 3 1
