This is exploitation pure and simple. Just consider the record of middle-eastern countries within regard to cheap expat labour. Withheld passports, excessive working hours, lousy work & living conditions, withheld payment, etc. Do you need reminding of the Asian workers building the infrastructure for this years Qatar World Cup? Are you seriously suggesting that Prayuts trip to KSA was for the benefit of ordinary Thai people!

When I was there it was Filipinos and Pakistanis (similar numbers), Indians, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankans and other Arab countries.  Not sure why they feel the need to supplement these numbers with groups from Thailand now. I would have thought the lack of English was a negative. Have these other countries reduced their output, or is the KSA expanding super rapidly?
