BTW your map omits remittances. From Isaan workers in Rayong or Korea, from farang husbands,  from bar girls in Pattaya. Their income is counted at the place where it's generated,  but it's actually spent in Isaan.

How do they measure income pr person? 
 

Many from Isaan is registered with adress home, but work elsewhere and have a bank branch connected to the company they work for, and are not using their local bank where they come from. They often leave their kid behind with retired or semi retired parents who are registered in the Ampure the school is located. The grand parents when working either work on their own land, or are hired locally where no salery is registered, or even get paid in groceries, fruit or more likely rice. 
 

So Im really not sure how they possibly measure income pr capita in Isaan. 
 

They are even registered at their home address in Thailand when living and working abroad. 

Thailand have beautiful women but some are more beautiful then others. Then there are the ugly fat ones Good luck.

Id imagine so and thats true even with 12% body fat. Your organs dont recognise a difference between fat and muscle. But by that scale every NFL, NBA, MLB, NRL etc etc player is morbidly obese. So you worry about BMI ill worry about my fitness levels  ????

Why -- the real stunners in Isaan don't leave Isaan. They don't have to. While Isaan is low per capita income, there are pockets of extreme wealth in Isaan and the stunners know it.
