I think this is common with newbies that come here ...  they are green .....

It's peanuts for most farangs who got married then taken for a ride by some unfaithful dishonest Thai person,  now that scenario is very common ... i'd say thousands.

oh well ,   obviously he could afford it so long as he's happy.   Anyone can spend thousands on a Thai if they feel comfortable and are happy to do it ....   It when the farang are in a permanent relationship and get taken that's unacceptable and hard to comprehend.

Yes , opening beauty salons is a good one followed by laundromats.Coffee kiosks are also on the list.I've witnessed all of these over the years (by others) exactly zero have worked out for the farang financier.
