What facts? Police are not above the people, however if a cop gives you a command while doing their job, you're expected to follow it. That's not above the people, that's the law.

And with immigration, they do the best they can. They're not responsible for what's happening at the southern border, it's POTUS and the courts making that mess. For the 100's of thousands that go through immigration the proper way, they've always done a good job whenever I've had dealings with them.
