Well said! They can only hide for so long, sooner or later they must face the music!

my friend lives in danang, he says it’s little Moscow now, all kinds moving there, it’s just beginning!

selling borscht out the front door and perogy out the back, they even have Russia movie night!

arrogant Ivan’s acting like they own the place,

dafe to say he’s leaving!

What??

Danang, in Vietnam? I have lived there in the past, and it was very pleasant, although a bit boring...

And now turning Russian?? Before, it was more Nha Trang that was a kind of Russian colony, now Danang and probably Hoi An next on the list??

Russians are in the news a lot just lately,

Better bad press than no press at all...

A "distraught" Russian tourist was arrested on Wednesday morning, October 18th, in Soi Buakhao, Pattaya, after allegedly causing a disturbance in the area.

That's a new word for it! And "allegedly"? Surely that word is not necessary as there seem to be plenty of witnesses?

from the full story; It's unclear if he will be charged legally, he might be mental

Are you kidding me, theft of laundry, attempted theft of a car, I'll tell you who are mental this government and the RTP, treating these ruskies with kid gloves. Why are they getting special treatment? what's the real deal behind the scenes with Putin.???? Bang him up Deport, 5 yr ban. as most of us would get.

That "stuff" seems to affect the brain even more so than a couple bottles of vodka.

You mean Yabba?

Oh, obviously the demon weed marijuana. Or maybe crystal.

I think readers must be getting fed up (I know I am!) with all kinds of bad behaviour being blamed on "the demon weed marijuana" when it's more likely to be a combination of booze and yaba/meth

Beer with extra ice is my guess...

Ya Ice, AKA Crystal Meth.

Wednesday morning, so he was probably tweaking.

What does tweaking mean in slang?
Slang. behaving in a wildly excited or agitated manner, especially as an effect of using methamphetamine, cocaine, or other stimulant drugs: He was pacing around and bursting in and out of emotional fits like a tweaking junkie.

If he was smoking Cannabis he'd be in bed, or at the local All-English Breakfast establishment.

The underwear?

Okay we know the Thai tourist board is going out of its way to encourage more Russian tourists IE  the 90 day visa to come to Thailand same Chinese

Tourists

And lately in  Phuket and Pattaya the locals not happy with the Russians now causing problems jobs businesses Russian taking jobs over 🤑

It's going to get worse

You Reap what you Sow  😱

I say deport him to Ukraine. That'll teach the bastard to seal laundry. Not much delectable laundry on the Southern Front there, and you have to act fast as the life expectancy is only 4 hours.

The problem with weed is that it takes a while to take effect, and during that time, you could consume much more than necessary.

Case in point the two ruskies who ate brownies and had a hell of a paranoid experience recently.

He was just so happy that he got an extra 90 days....and smoke some of the Devil Weed...which, in case anyone has not been paying attention, is responsible for all things evil in Thailand.

Excuse me, but anyone on brownies end up destroying two bags of Doritios, one box of Oreo cookies or equivalent and fall asleep.  If you know of brownies that cause me to go ape sh*t, please send to me immediately....55555.

He was sad that Putin is coming to Thailand.

Or Yaba OR possibly a mental illness that has nothing to do with drugs at all.

Arrested? but he's Russian, there must be a mistake, they are just the people Thailand are looking for

Maybe he is on R&R from the illegal invasion and thought he could carry on as usual while abroad!

Probably did not get his visa within 10 minutes at the Immigration through his agent so he was making a scene ?

Absolutely. These are the ones who get the extra long stay on free visa waivers.  The authorities will hopefully realise their huge mistke in letting such "quality tourists" stay on.

Upon arrival, the police observed that the Russian man appeared distressed, paranoid, and was unable to communicate coherently.

In other words - drunk or had some dodgy Thai weed.

Just got his call-up papers through the post..........😩

Yaba is crystal (meth)

Excess booze but mainly drugs that dangerously seem to now to be a norm, is leading to an new generation of violent junkies who will spread violence and insecurity all over.

Unfortunately,  considering the amounts of big money involved, small chances that governance may take genuine steps to prevent and fight the problem.

The usual steps will target the low level peddlars or junkies and rarely hit those on the top getting their cut of the money...and the meth probably.

And Dope at bargain prices with untested Thc levels

My question, is. Why is Thailand offering free visas to anyone if Thailand are a neutral country?

  TAT? Care to answer?
