Ok, looks like I need to clarify as several "confused" people.

 

We had a "Mens Health" talk given to us at work. The speaker said that we needed to be careful ordering medications online. At that time Viagra was the most popular. He stated that Viagra from Russia was tested and found to have, I think cocaine, in it. Maybe a plus for some people.

 

I once ordered from Canada and tablets came from India and constantly received calls from Canada (maybe) to try to sell me more.

"Genuine Cialis" is incorrect terminology when what what means is genuine Tadalafil  i.e. generic equivalent to Cialis but not Cialis itself, that is a specific brand.

 

Tdalafil has several different uses. Lower doses (2.5 mg, 5 mg) are for use in tretaing BPH.

 

For ED, dosage is 10-20 mg.

 

The only time it is used in dosages over 20 mg is for pulmonary hypertension ,a serious condition that must be managed by a cardiologist. For that purpose usual dosage is 40 mg.

 

Hard to imagine why 60 and  80 mg preparations would be sold.

 

In any event, wherever procured from, do not take more than 20mg when using it for ED.

I was referring to the Cialis brand itself and I received a packet of non genuine, fake, counterfeit (whatever you want to call it) Cialis from a Thailand Pharmacy. I was suspicious at the price but tried.When received I checked the https://www.tga.gov.au and it showed 3 indicators that they were counterfeit.

 

So, technically "genuine Cialis" is not incorrect in this case. But if you are getting hung up on a terminology so be it. But they were counterfeit, fake, non genuine.

 

Amazing what some people worry about.

Don't know, we'll never know. I'm not sure if he took 2 in a row or over a period of time, but there were 2 missing from the packet. The way his heart exploded, one might have done the job. It was on his honeymoon.

The links in that site are screwed up and the information is mixed up between pages. Click on Cialis and then read the content. It refers to Viagra. If they can't even set up a decent website, I would not really trust them. Having said that, generic tadalafil is indeed available from India and there are quite a few recognized manufacturers. Just be more careful about the websites you order through.
