What time to bed & rising ?

To settle a bet I'm only interested in expats in Pattaya 

 

I had a big argument with a guy at work that expats who live in Pattaya sleep very late and wake late than other parts of Thailand

 

And I believe I'm right 

The shops don't open to late 

Who gets up early in Pattaya ?

Who goes to bed at say 8pm ?

 

I know you expats in Isaan do but Pattaya ....no way

Sun to Thursday.

Bed - 9pm.

Wake - 3am.

Friday & Saturday.

Bed - When pass out.

Wake - when ever.

Why do you rise at 3am ?

What do you do between 3am & 6am?

You only get 6 hours sleep?

Generally before 9pm and up around 4am except Friday night when I'm out.

 

Many guys i know who exercise in the morning have similar times, all Pattaya.

 

It's mainly the tourists and frequent bar goers that go to bed late and get up late

Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy,wealthy...and wise....

Exercise, laundry, shopping, Makro opens early, some markets very early

Seems silly to waste the best cool weather at dawn.

Up 5.30am everyday regardless of what time sleep, which is normally around 11pm.

If I am home, off to bed at 9.30 to ten, up an 5 to 5.30am. A cool early morning is pleasant here.

Work days: 10:30pm-5am 

Weekends: 11pm-6am

Generally 10-11 pm bed to around 5am up and about

Normally bedtime is between 2200-2300. Wake up between 0500-0600.

Last night I got to sleep at 3:00 AM and rose from sleep at 1:00 PM. I hate the mornings.

I go to bed not before 11pm, have to stand up 6 am because then my Dog have to go poo....

Go to bed around 9 to 10pm, get up around 4 to 5 am off to the gym at 06:15 then back for breakfast and start whatever I need to do in the day.

Same here, which explains some of my early morning posts.

Wife sleeps like a baby until at least 7am. I am jealous!!

I am  a morning person , which annoys her to no end (winning!!)

Get Up , make my coffee, Scan google news to see if anything interesting happened while sleeping , 

Florida in the US is exactly 12 hrs behind, so I Chat of FB messenger with family and friends,  I check this forum to see what trouble you all got in while I was sleeping. and set you all straight? 

Then I get on my truck and drive 5 min away to the farm, water flowers,and veggies', putter around until .Wife joins me at the  farm a couple of hours later and brings breakfast.

Yeah that's right.  Schools now have a period zero to reduce traffic congestion.  A grueling job with <deleted> pay.
