She posted photos of the red mark his kick left which is harm to the body and there is non visible mental trauma from being randomly kicked by a huge swiss fatty and swore at for sitting on public land.

You know that this all BS from an entitled crybaby, don't you? The bruise shown on the pic was hardly noticeable, and any doctor or nurse can inject herself H2O with a micro needle if they want to get nicely useful bruises.

I think she is looking for real justice in the corrupt police/judicial system.

This young Dr is obviously (to me) being coached big time for fame and fortune. Davey boy is probably guilty of something no doubt in my mind.   Thing is that Dr's here are held in god

Hi Dave..............😃

Dave, should have offered her an elephant 🐘

They should be more concerned of all the corruption and bribery going on,  within those place where the boys and girls are dressed in brown uniforms with large golden wings.

Is all that correct or just a guess? I have not seen any cases in regards of his businesses being corrupt.
The video with ambulance was incl. sound and no sirens. Even when he finally pulled to left the ambulance did not overtake him.
Where is the video or pictures of him showing a gun?

Are most of you just convicting him on an assault with no injury on the victim? and now most of you feel like he should be deported because he is rich?

Calling me a troll with only 111 posts is very clever.
This was just my opinion, and this is a forum where we are supposed to discuss any topics in a nice calm manner.

Thailand is about to deport a rich guy because of his wrong doings, but with no injury to the victim. Happy days as you say in UK.

apologist for an entitled racist bully .... hang your head in shame

i am not defending the swiss guy ...

but if "david" would be thai, what would be the punishment?

should the law not be the same for everyone?

Obtuse and completely pointless comment; he has not been given any punishment yet, other than rightly having his visa revoked for physically assaulting a female Thai national from behind, whilst being a guest in her country.

He's currently jailed, isn't he? I really haven't kept up with this.

Oh, he’s been given a jail term has he ?

I was unaware of that; how long is the term of imprisonment that he has been given, do you know ?

Jailed while awaiting trial, I thought, as he should be.

Yes, remanded awaiting trial; so not jailed, as I thought your comment that I replied to implied. My point being that he has not actually been unfairly punished, as another poster suggested, he’s just undergoing due process ….

you forgot his ego race blocking an ambulance and give him the finger after a break test, and showing off a gun in public. Collecting millions for his elephant sanctuary and spending most of it private. Great guy, Im sure he is innocent

Many ambulances drive around her empty, with lights flashing and horns and whistles screaming. They all have blacked out windows and who knows if they are really on any mission.

Really 👉

And what excuse is that for his behavior? He is already fined for road rage concerning the ambulanc incident, and his illegal weapon licenses is revoked.

Do you know something we do not know?

If you guys want to continue defend Urhs, go ahead, there is more of them, and obviously some here feeling strong for the guy.

Yep. It's funny for the Anti-White crowd on this forum to call for law and order while forgetting that the Thai justice system is a complete joke.

Are you a personal friend of this odious Swiss slug ? if not, why are you trying everything you possibly can to build some kind of defence / excuse for him, and transfer the blame for his cowardly attack onto the victim ?

He's asking legitimate questions.

The Swiss guy behaved in a despicable manner and has been punished for it.

His businesses don't operate themselves, they employ local people who rely on the income to support their families. It sounds like he feeds and takes care of a number of elephants, any idea how much it costs to feed an elephant?

A judge has determined that the Swiss assailant should be given a lesser charge based on the evidence.  There's something fishy about this doctor pushing so hard.

Judges don't determine charges and haven't, so you lack credibility on the subject. The article says only that prosecutors are considering what section of the Criminal Code he should be charged under. She wants him charged under Section 391, not 295 as they are planning.

Why don't you test out that theory? Go rob a gold shop. As for this Swiss pr*ck, I don't think he's laughing.

You seem to not have heard about all the cases where the Thai elite kill people and get off the hook quite easily. Good for you! Less info in the brain leads to being able to enjoy the little things!

BS! It is not anti white if you are not braking rules or the law. If you are stupid, face the consequences.  Most white people with resources and connections pay the system as a local do! A thai without resources and contacts face the same if not worse as a white guy. You just show you have little knowledge and experience with thailand. Life in thailand is equally unfair for those who is lower on the ranks. Ignorant to calm out racist unfairness.

The swiss woud had walked free if her father did not had the connections. It would not had any consequences and he could had continued as a jerk because he could pay himself out af the situation.

The lady seems to like the spotlights.

How? By responding to an obviously corrupt and obscene bribe attempt? By seeking a proper judicial outcome to the violence she was subjected to? You seem to be pushing your lady hater views into the spotlight with little or no logic to your claim.

As someone else on this forum very wisely stated it's not a bribe if someone offers you money to settle a lawsuit, it's a settlement so this is not really news. And the good doctor who claims to be shell shocked from all the attention seems to be coveting the attention, and she seems to have become obsessed with the attention.

If she does not keep it in the spotlight, the incident will be 'disappeared'... justice does not happen without pressure...  I commend her and her father of refusing to be bribed.

Only if the settlement is to settle a CIVIL lawsuit without any intent to interfere or facilitate with anything criminal.  Civil lawsuits are typically settled after criminal proceedings have completed -- not before.  If it is intended to prevent or influence an outcome in criminal proceedings it could be considered 'obstruction of justice' or equivalent.

The female doctor, 26 year old Tarndao Chandam, took to social media and accused the 45 year old Swiss man, Urs Fehr, of physically assaulting her by kicking her in the back. The incident took place outside Fehr’s luxury villa on the beach near Yamu Cape in the Thalang district of Phuket on February 24.

Fehr's rented villa

I assume many people saw what happened,He said she said I don,t know. But generally a cash payment stops everything. But she is getting press coverage over it

In the West this would be known as a (commonplace) "settlement out of court'. Here, of course, it's a "bribe ".

And yeah, I guess although they're both more or less the same thing, one might be regarded as more face saving than the other if one is the plaintiff and really going for it!

TBH the Swiss guy has been a complete and utter 🔔end and deserves to be thoroughly castigated, on the other hand the Dr (if the account is true) has been wronged and deserves justice. Look's like it's more like going for a pound (and a half) of flesh now though. Maybe a fans only account will follow, who knows, got to make hay while the sun shines🤔🙄.

"The case is still under process and no official charges have been issued against any parties."

Waiting for the envelopes to fatten up now that the attempted bribe is public. The $wi$$ guy knows the game.
