Does anyone remember that heavily bearded guy in green fatigues that used to hang around various spots on Sukhumvit in Pattaya? He never bothered anyone. I haven't seen him for years.

The manors and the class was about the shirt, The no brain was about the anger and shouting. So, now you can understand too. 🙂

Yes but German people can't understand them - they need subtitles on Swiss programmes shown on German TV

Read the full article. These summaries always miss important facts.

However, upon searching his backpack, they discovered a packet of cannabis, which is currently legal in Thailand but under major debate. It was unclear, however, if this had contributed to his behaviour.

Also the pictures are worth

Found a shirt, hugging a policeman and driving off on a bike.

Peacefully settled. Maybe the cannabis has kicked in:cheesy:

Not really, it's just kids dabbling/trying the cocktail of drugs easily available now (well always were) in Thailand, or drinking hard  and their meds stop working.

The one who was on the Lotus parking lot most of the time? He vanished a few years ago, never knew what happened to him.

Yeah, I believe he's the one. I tried to talk to him casually once, he made it clear to back off.

Good that you tried, my wife wanted to talk to him too, I thought it was better not to as you never know who you're dealing with. I recall sending an email to a local charity/organisation (can't remember which one) about him, I thought it might help, perhaps he had family back home who could help or something. Never got a reply.
