you have failed to answer the simple but quite important question. does it need repeating or are you good to answer ?

If you want to audit and relitigate the case I suggest you avail yourself of all the facts first.

I have supplied links to all the case dockets etc.

Fill you boots, see you in a month!

I detect sarcasm. Anyway even his most fanatic supporters are not totally invested in him as much as some of you may think. Reality that they may suffered the same fate as Henry Enrique 22 years in prison will wake up their senses.

Yes there was an element of Sarcasm, yet it will only take a couple of crazies, convinced of the cause and certain that if caught, they will be pardoned by the New Year. Certainly Trump will be looking for revenge!

The CourtListener link you provided is the Federal Court case wherein Trump team wanted the case moved from NY State Court to the Federal Court as it involved time when Trump was President. (obviously failed). Nothing to do with the just concluded NY State Court case Judge Merchan presiding.

And as usual, you will accept the appeal verdict only if it's in favor of Trump.

How many times have we read that " you will see" from you, and you never accepted the outcome. You will see the Kraken and other B.S., you will see the IG investigation, you will see the Durham investigation. You never accept the outcome when you don't like the outcome! 😀

he reminds me of a broken record. He needs to reflect and quesion why he fails to see this. Take the time dude~

Thanks for you being truthfull. Not really a trait of the MAGA But UK ...

Going into the trial, I thought that Trump had a good chance of being acquitted.

The Prosecution put on a good case, but what really sunk Trump was his bad defense.

@jerrymahoney would have put on a better defense.

The only worse defense was @Yellowtail's amnesia defense:

"What are the charges? If you haven't memorized the charges, Trump must be innocent". I don't think that would have worked in court.

I prefer the legal system as is, flaws and all.

You guys want to tear it down, so that Trump gets away with his criming.

Your talking points come from Trump, and he missed half the trial while sleeping.

He is correct about the witch hunt and you are correct that he is a criminal.  Many righteous fools on this thread would do similar things to cover up an affair if they had the means to do so. We all make big mistakes but Trump does seem not to care about consequences.  He just found out he isn't bullet proof.

Amazed the idiot was ever elected but this conviction and the amount of money spent on the case weren't warranted.    He should have simply paid the hush money from his personal account ( most of it was) and labeled the transactions with Stormy as non-disclosure payments and his payments to Cohen labeled as reimbursement payments.  He foolishly didn't and prosecutors have taken a misdemeanor and through a legal maze created a felony.

As for all the other past cases and future legal transgressions, this latest conviction diminishes their relevance IMO.  Hope he isn't our next President but also hope an election is the reason.

Truly delusional. Even Fox Not News polls show he lost voters and his stock plummeted.

He MAY win re-election, but Vegas oddsmakers have him losing, and THOSE guys are serious. The difference between people in church and people in Vegas? When the people in Vegas pray, they MEAN it.

Lots of faith in Vegas odds.  The same Vegas that  had Clinton winning.  Hope they are right this time around...

The thing I ask myself is how would I have been treated if I did the same things as Trump,

From what I can see he has received favorable treatment.

I (or any other citizen) would have been sitting in jail for contempt of court if we acted as Trump did.

The charges I don't really know but it seems like more of the same, wonder what his sentence will be.

I have no interest in US politics but.... it is impossible to not see bits of it when it gets plastered all over the news.

What I will say is this:

If I had been found guilty of a crime and was aware that on the 11th July the judge would be handing down my sentence, based partly on my demeanour. e.g. Have I been showing any remorse for my crimes?

The last thing I would be doing is claiming that the trial was rigged, and calling the judge corrupt!!!

The man is deranged.

Don't know if it's been mentioned, but trump has received more than $53 million in denotations in the 24 hours since his conviction. trump has asked for these monies, mostly from his base, even though he is a multi-billionaire. Additionally he held a fund raising dinner with the wealthy after his conviction, no doubt attended due to his promises to enact changes saving the wealthy business owners multiples of their denotations. IMO denotations from the wealthy are just another form of corruption.

trump appears to have his followers in a vice like grip who come across as absolutely deluded, as to the threat trump represents to the detriment of a Democratic Republic.

What other jury was given 2 weeks to succumb to peer pressure to convict?

All staged, and yes they succeeded in their attempts.

Upstate New York would of had a different outcome.

Leaving aside your somewhat all encompassing and frantic allegations of "fixing", since the crime was committed in metropolitan New York, surely then the trial should take place in metropolitan New

 York?

In the past the GOP always played it much 'fairer' and when in power they did their job - manage the country for all the US people. That aint gonna happen anymore after what has happened to Trump and his Supporters - partisan weaponisation of the Justice and Parliamentary system. If you do not think that the reason they called the 'pitch invasion' by unarmed people an 'Insurrection', then you are extremely politically naïve. They have done that and charged all those unarmed walk-ins and jailed many innocent people, for one reason only - to stop Trump being POTUS again if/when they can get him convicted of starting the so called 'Insurrection'.  These minor charges of book keeping errors and omissions will not stop him running, but if he had been convicted of starting the 'Insurrection' then he would not be allowed to run for POTUS. Yes the Dems are that bad - they will destroy the lives of right wing US people who were just stupid/silly, in order to stop Trump.
