he found her with her lover in their former shared room in Chon Buri province

She should pay the price. Classless and disrespectful to bang someone in the former shared accomodation. Sue her for all she's worth.

He sounds like a rather pathetic and highly emasculated man, who does not have much control over his own life, nor emotions. Things aren't working out so just move on, do you understand any of that? Or is that too complicated a concept for you?

A Thai man reversed an amicable divorce agreement with his wife after catching her with another man a day before signing the official divorce papers. Instead, he filed an adultery lawsuit against her and her lover.

Good on him... she couldn't wait.

Sounds like typical immature kids playing at adults.

I guess there will be no silver wedding anniversary in that household.

Most Thai women have multiple men on the go.

Second most promiscuous women on the planet.

Which is why most of us are here and why this forum exists.

God bless them.

If you've already agreed to being divorced and the relationship is done and are about to sign papers are you required to be loyal till it's actually signed. No.

Yes!  They are required not to commit adultery if they are still married, doesn't matter what stage the "paperwork" is at or what the status of the relationship is, they're still married until the divorce is final.

They were separated for a month and pending divorce. I’d say she’s done nothing wrong. The guy is obviously butthurt, immature and jealous.

They are both still married to each other.  If she's banging another bloke in the marital home, legally she's done a lot that is wrong for a married woman.

The key point would be that they both agree to separate - hard to see how subsequent to this you can hold someone to such a condition. Many couples separate but don't divorce for a while. They are treated in all sorts of ways as being two separate people once separated but before the final signing. Google seems to confirm this but not based on Thai law. If you have something that says otherwise might be interesting to see.

Have to disagree. Once separation is agreed upon, they’re no longer a couple. The marriage thing becomes the paperwork stuff that can be sorted out later. On a personal level, you’re free to shag or be shagged.

No, the key point is that, until they are divorced, she is still married to her husband and that carries certain marital obligations.

Geez, we’ve moved on from biblical times. There maybe legal obligations but as far as personal matters are concerned all bets are off. Whether you like it or not it is what it is and nothing can be done about it. Once separated, you’re not cheating.

Exactly, legal obligations are the point when marriage, adultery and divorce are in the picture as were specifically referenced in the OP.   Moral opinions of this case by others are irrelevant, even today.
