So you seem to be having difficulty following along, let me try to slow it down for you even more.... Trump was found liable for sexual assault in a civil case. Are you saying if he was criminally convicted you would believe the charges? Trump has been criminally convicted by a jury for 34 counts of fraud. Are you saying your accept that he is indeed a criminal and a felon? Because that's an undisputed fact.

Rape is not a criminal term, it's a common law term. You don't need a criminal conviction to be called a rapist. If your daughter/sister/mother brought home a guy who had been found liable for sexual assault, but never convicted criminally, would you say, "Hey! He's never been criminally convicted- probably a standup guy!" And if that guy had 25 other allegations of sexual crimes? Trump has not been criminally convicted of rape, but he has been labeled a rapist by a court.  

 

That you think Biden had any influence over a civil sexual assault case shows how little you know about how the courts work. Where is your evidence for that? Even one link that Biden influenced the civil sexual assault case?
