Downloading and streaming are the same  except the former you keep the data for posterity  and the latter you immediately (ish) throw the data away.

Once downloaded the content can not be removed at the whims of 

whoever does not like that content at that particular time  it will always be there on your  storage device.

Following on from my Robert Redford movies, I watched, "The Natural" and thought it was very good. Well worth a second watch even if you've seen it before!!
