Really only 3, and one of those is a dog.

2 ex lovers, that I still talk with, though I'd be soon forgotten, with all the others that have passed.  I've haven't physically been in the company of any other friend or family since 2003, as was last visit to hometown.

Down to 8 FB friends, and a couple, I don't even follow.  So nope, just the wife, kid & dog would miss me.

They're the only 3 that I would miss, especially the dog :coffee1:

I would at the very least expect my passing to be announced on the National news (both Thailand and UK). I would also hope that an annual day day of mourning/celebration be established in my honour due to the minutes of pleasure I have brought to the masses over many years.

Claudia Schiffer,  would shed a tear for sure.

Hopefully my wife & daughters would be short term devastated.....My dog would wonder where I was, we spend hours together walking.....Two other dog owners - we frequently walk & chat.....

1 cat in particular that I spend time with daily (out of 11).....My gym/library/quiet space is also "Smokey's" room.....

My daughters in the states would have quiet moments....Until they started fighting over the RV and 4Runner I have in storage.....

Many in the Mubaan chat with me & high 5 regularly while they're out walking..... That's about it.....

Hopefully I've left them with a positive influence & outlook....

My wife would be taken care of, but stepson would get my computers and guitar equipment, my extended family and friends would be sad for awhile but would get over it - and maybe I get to see my parents and my daughter again, maybe all my pets too.

My GF and son would. My friends would miss me briefly, contemplating their mortality, then get on with their lives.

i'd be finding out whether the bible-bashers are right, although I suspect the Buddhist concept of Nirvana will be more applicable.

Let us know the date, and I am sure we will oblige.

Thank you for that song. It made me pause and think.

It would devastate my parents and sister. My kids would be shattered, and many friends would take it very badly, very badly indeed.

On the other hand, quite a few people on this forum would celebrate.

Oh, well.

If I were dead tomorrow I wouldn't care if nobody cared - I'd be dead.

Does your wife now read this forum? Women don't like when their man is still in contact with other lovers.

Thais don't mourn much, and many believe in an after-life.

I would not be celebrating, one less punching bag.

She's much smarter than me, and doesn't waste time reading forums, unless about her hobby.

Did see me dhit chatin' on FB msg with one, ex wife, and asked who that was, and I told her, 'ex wife'.  About 5 mins later she came back and thanked me.

I'm like for what ? ... "For not lying to me, about who talking with"

After thought, and yea, most Ahole women would have a problem, and why I don't have such people in my life.

Nobody is going to tell me who I can or can't be friends with, but that goes both ways.  Unless a safety issue, I wouldn't tell a friend or current partner who they can talk with.

I have had to mourn most of those who would have mourned for me.

Not a valid reason to talk with any ex's unless you have children with them. People say things but don't always tell how they really feel. Jealousy is one of the biggest relationship killers. Doesn't make a woman an ahole for wanting her man to be faithful. It's actually necessary.

I am faithful, and wife trusts me.  Couldn't be with a jealous person.   Known that ex my whole life, since hometown gal.   Even after we got divorced, she use to pop over to the house for social, non sexual.

Still runs into and talks to my brother, back in PA, USA.  It was a mutual break up & divorce.

I could get along with and have lunch with #1.

But #3 wife , and both live in GFs,  (USA) I'd ignore if I saw them in public.  Same with any Thai ex GFs here.

A little jealousy is normal, especially if you don't want to lose what you have, and care about your partner, but making jealousy happen isn't a good idea. Women don't think like we do in many ways, and she can say one thing and mean another. If she did this with her Thai past lovers, how would you feel? Just saying.
