I have heard of two in Chiang Mai, one in Hang Dong which is about 45,000 baht/month, another off the 118 which is 90,000 baht/month.

Some affluent families hire live-in retired nurses, who have to quit government hospitals at age 45. I understand they are 15,000 - 20,000 baht/month.
