Please identify the legally recognised "safe countries". I have a suspicion you have no idea what a "safe country" is as defined by UN Convention for Refugees. It is nonsense to claim qualified refugees are permitted to enter the US; the US has an annual quote allocated for refugees entry. When trump was last in power he dramatically reduced the allocation.
