A lot of Russians know the Thai police can be paid off as easily as the Russian police if you have the right connections. So, they don't care.

Drunk?  Methinks someone will be popping positive for opioids and benzos.  Best to have consumed them all as prison doth awaits for even and minuscule amount in possession.

Local residents claim that this was not her first reckless incident. Just two days earlier, on 1 April, the same woman had allegedly crashed her motorbike into another parked vehicle and fled the scene without taking responsibility.

Lock her up for a couple of months.

According to eyewitnesses, the woman, accompanied by a foreign male passenger, was heavily intoxicated and incoherent at the time of the crash. She had been driving an MG car, which collided with a parked vehicle before flipping onto its roof.

Instead of reacting with concern, she reportedly turned on loud music, smoked a cigarette, and danced next to the wreckage. Her male companion watched on and as both posed for photos beside the overturned vehicle.

6 months in a very small cell then deport them.

I sure hope she wasn't British. We get a bad enough rap as it is.

No need to worry, lack of tattoos suggests most unlikely to be Brits.

I am curious about her nationality.

News reports often indicate where these goofballs come from.

I was surprised that Prince Charming had no tattoos.

Both smokers, so does that make any nationalities improbable?

They think it is funny it is like a big FU to Thailand and Thai people. Sickening behavior.

Apparently she said  she was happy and dancing  because no one was injured in the crash  and also drug and alcohol tests proved negative  according to Thai TV.

many questioning whether current  visa policies have contributed to an increase in disruptive behaviour by tourists.

Bizarre line of thinking, I am pretty sure my visa isn't going to turn me into a total knob. Why not consider poor policing and effective penalties as a reason.

I doubt a brain test would be positive either
