You have to understand... People want what Trump is doing. They voted for it. The Democrats have taken every turn to stop what he does and to make him look bad in the press. They use fear mongering when there is no proof to be afraid. They twist what happens into something bad that he did or is doing. UNTIL, it is proven the Dems were wrong. Then the Dems backtrack or drop their attack in that area. 

I think the ratings for approval will vary until such time as the people see the methods Trump is using are actually working for them. I think the job markets will open millions of businesses as well as the budget deficit decline dramatically. Also, if the stupid Dems don't put a halt to the deportation of all those illegals you may find that the country is safer and the people are not walking around their neighborhoods in fear. Also, the Dems seized a lot of their support or (Trumps lower approval rating simply because no-one knows what will happen with these trade deficits. Will they hurt or help the US economy? 

 

I think the Dems are also crating rife with their LGBT+++ crusade when people just want their children safer in schools and growing up without pressure to be one of them without truly understanding what LGBT+++ really is. The Dems have put up a fight. on every front Trump has tried to make changes to. 

 

Your comment about SS payments is ridiculous. They do not seek to take away payments from people who are justly due them. They seek to find the overpayments as well as those who lied on their SS applications like all those people they found dead but still getting payments. You should be happy about this since SS is struggling to survive but fears for many years that there will not be enough money to continue it for our children and grandchildren.  

The poster of this OP is one of those trying to incite fear only. 

By the way, I am not a MAGA fan. I am a fan of making the US safer and stronger and richer. My kids will be there struggling if things are not changed.

It seems that at least 5 of the 9 American members of the US Supreme Court may be getting fed up with Trump:

I'm sorry, I don't understand how blanket tariffs will make Americans safer, stronger, and richer.

 

How will alienating every US ally make you safer?

 

China has already embargoed export of rare earths to the USA. Those elements are vital for military hardware. How does that make you stronger?

 

How does it make you richer, when everything imported into the USA costs more to buy?

 

Your SS and Medicare systems have about $123 trillion in unfunded liabilities. Do you think that's going to be solved by finding a few overpayments and dead people?

 

There's an object lesson in Australia, if Americans care to look. There was an overpayment system called Robodebt. It caused several suicides, and terminated the careers of several politicians and senior bureaucrats. They were lucky, they should have been jailed.

Not confirmed but interesting. If Canada. Mexico, the EU, etc.. are able to coordinate their response instead of just reacting individually, Trump is screwed. However, I'm not sure they are able to do that.

Now that Justice Alito has published his dissent with Thomas concurring, he claims that the emergency order was premature and unnecessary.

 

But it also seems that at least 5 of the remaining 7 justices felt there was too much possibility that the Trump administration was going to pull another OOPSIE as in:

If it turns out that the Supreme Court majority is fed up with Trump not only for his use of the 1789 Alien Enemies Act to justify deportations but also the use of the 1977 International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) to justify tariffs when the IEEPA says nothing about tariffs, this could turn into a whole different ball game.

I know many from all walks of life and zero complaints so far. 
Plenty of us holding onto the handles for the wild ride but we all knew it was coming.

The Pensacola, FL, tariff lawsuit is being handled by a conservative legal firm backed by the arch-conservative Kochs and Leonard Leo, who handled the Supreme Court nomination and approval for all 3 Trump SCOTUS appointments.

How do you develop a good perception of a felon, sexual predator, and serial liar who boasts cheating contractors is good business?
