There is so much wrong about this whole story

the MSN article is a partial reprint of a Dagens article that is a partial reprint of an EUobserver article

Each step along the way it is not quite the same, spinning narratives but never revealing the source of the story. Notably is the addition of Geert Wilders who does not appear in the original document. Can't be bothered to dig much deeper on all the details, except it is not a "Leaked Memo" and it does not call for the "overthrow" of any government, it is a publicly available on Substack.
