Whilst i don't like tatts, they're very common everywhere in the world these days, before it was mostly navy / fisherman / criminals but not nowadays, there's gonna be a lot of horrible looking old people in the coming years.

Even still, being heavily tattooed is not a leading indicator of an interesting or agreeable social interaction.

They are more common, but they are still a negative data point, especially if the person is heavily tattooed.

If nothing else they indicate a lack of foresight.
