IT all sounds very good, but there is a lack of one thing......a working policeforce...as long as the RTP is too lazy and corrupt and no laws are being enforced, in Pattaya or wherever in Thailand, all efforts to make things better will not work. It just starts with enforcing the law, 24 hours a day 7 days a week... and not a few days a crackdown and than everything is back to normal, people can do as they were used to do before...Inspections of venues are being announced, and after the inspections nothing will happen anymore as the police is being bribed and even bribing is allowed,as the officers want to have more luxury lives.....So nice words but it will only be words -
