Contrast that with the lefties that are thrilled that Charlie Kirk took one in the throat.  And the lefties openly and loudly lamenting that Crooks wasn't a better shot. (We still get those asinine statements here on AN)

For a world leader to be espousing hatred, division, nastiness and animosity every opportunity he gets, does not aid the harmony of society, and in no way makes the world a better place. Less violence would occur if he would just shut his mouth. He enables some of his weak-minded supporters to act out with his constant trash talking.

I gave you a like on that because it's true.  They are hurting their election chances and taking the Dem party down with them.

 

But at the same time, I'd like to see an end to the looting and arson and burning cars and plots to kill more conservative personalities.  That's more important to average Americans than politics.

 

I'm hoping the current push to go after the money behind the violence bears fruit.  And I'm hoping this doesn't become a perpetual fight like the so called war on terror.

The part that gets me most confused is that there was actually LESS violence before Lump came into office. Fewer assassination attempts, less screaming, foaming-at-the-mouth Political figures 'supposedly' in charge but acting like two-year olds when they don't get their birthday cake!
And above all... fewer lies coming out of the White House.

I don't believe any of the attacks on people were done by right wingers. Jan 6, yes, and it was horrible.

 

Now, do the other side, if you dare.  Hell, the "summer of love" riots in the wake of George Floyd's killing alone were worse than all of the above combined.

Of course Trump wants more violence to eliminate those who oppose him; thus the warning is really a message to his sheep to up the ante - Proud Boys, Oath Keepers, 3 Percenters, etc. advance!  And of course, Trump needs an excuse to mobilise the US armed forces against his opponents, I mean the sane American people.
