I may be one of those luddites. But when I'm on the PC, I'm much more likely to Google snippets from posts and do a little research, open the linked source info, look at some history, and do a little drilling down before I post. When I'm on my phone, I'm more likely to just $%^& post. That's just the nature of instant gratification and smartphones.

That's the way the forum seems to be headed over the past few "upgrades". Less useful information about things like Thai visas, events, etc, and more *%^& posts and cat fights. I'm not a fan of the pivot toward handheld devices.

I fully agree. When I am out und about, I have better things to do then using forums on my phone. I am not one of this zombies you see walking or sitting around and staring constantly at a phone. At home I can use a keyboard for that and I can sit down and have the time to read and write.

However, I don't think the new layout is build mainly for phones. It is a big improvement over the old one on my notebook as well. In dark mode it's even better. Love it.

I totally agree about the smartphone thing, I find it funny to see near all the blokes walking around with a smartphone glued to their hand, it does seem a bit girlie...........😆

Silly post of the day. Using AN on a PC with 32 inch monitor is MUCH easier to navigate and see than on a 5 ínch 'phone screen.

I watch my Porn on my phone, so I can watch in the bog or under the sheets. But much prefer it on my 32 or even 65 inch screen to get more involved. 555
