First we need to have real midterms before serious speculation about 2028.

The maga fascist movement is working night and day to ruin the midterms. They know they're going to lose big if they're fair, so that's their play. They don't need to be cancelled to be ruined.

As far as 28, Vance will probably be the incumbent by then so he'll have a leg up for the maga fascist nomination.

Based on history, again if there will be a real election in 28, the most probable person will be someone most people have never heard of.
